After retiring from Lufthansa Cargo on 31 Jan 2018, she has involved herself in sharing her knowledge of varied aspects of cargo transportation by air through customised, interactive workshops.
She would offer workshops for colleagues seeking to familiarize themselves with basic as well as advanced information on the contractual obligations of parties who shall engage in the transportation contract, explanation of the Conditions of Contract, Irregularities, Claims, Complaints, and Legal Matters which form an integral part of Air Cargo business.
Suman offers Consultancy Services for the handling of Liability Claims – claims from Insurance Companies or Recovery Agents who send claims to the forwarders. Assistance is possible for communication with carriers for customer claims with appropriate advice and communication.
