Dear Suman Ma’am (Suman Aunty for me still), It was a real pleasure meeting you last Saturday and getting few inputs from you on how to handle claims and those tricky situations in front of the customer… I have grown up in life keeping few idols in minds, one being you on how to handle situations which are beyond our control, in a logical way… Have always looked up to you whenever any claim matter has come up in my professional life so far.. Your knowledge is immense and I feel grateful that I got an opportunity to learn few things from you. The session in our Delhi office was very great and I am sure the teams who attended these sessions learnt quite a many things… I am sure that our teams across India shall benefit from this as and when you go to our other stations.
